Brett White is our head building inspector and has 25 years experience in the building industry, conducting over 1,000 building inspections across Melbourne in that time. Brett is a licensed builder, qualified carpenter and has supervised the numerous residential and commercial constructions. In addition to this, Brett is also a certified pest inspector and VBA licensed Pool Inspector.

I must have read dozens of reviews and sample reports for home building and pest inspections (and gotten quotes all along the spectrum) before I decided on Inspect East. Fundamentally the inspection process does not differ we still inspect the property with the same procedure covering all areas reporting all defects with the same consistent standards. However the wording in some sections of the reporting process is different to accommodate the sale process.
The inspector will also verbally communicate findings to you once you have at a minimum read the major summary section of the report/s (the page is positioned at the front of the report/s immediately after the index so you cannot miss it).
You may request a hard copy of the inspection report at no extra charge.
Other acceptable payment methods are bank transfer.
